Vickie S. Honeycutt Foundation

The Vickie S. Honeycutt Foundation was formed in 2010 to honor the memory of Mrs. Vickie S. Honeycutt.    Mrs. Honeycutt was an educator in Cabarrus County, NC for 40 years before sadly passing from cancer in March 2010.

Our Vision is simple:

We seek to assist educators and/or their immediate family members that are currently battling cancer.  Through monetary donations we hope to assist in the significant financial strains, which stem from treatment of this disease, so that their focus can solely be on recovery.  All of us at one time had an educator assist us in our time of need, now it is our responsibility to return the favor.

I Am Fighting With Campaign

The I Am Fighting With campaign was organized to assist educators with the long-term costs associated from battling cancer.  Mrs. Honeycutt, and educators alike, provide continual attention to their student’s needs so it is our honor to be able to hopefully provide an avenue to return the favor in a time when educators need it most!  Thank you for being a part of this campaign with us as we work together to kick cancer’s butt!
